WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Your orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 – 7 days after you made a purchase. After your order gets shipped out, you will receive the tracking code by email or you can request your tracking number via [email protected] You will receive your order within 4-5 weeks. The maximum allows shipping time is 60days if you do not receive your package until then, we will process 100% refund to you.

MY ITEM HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED, WHAT SHOULD I DO? WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please note that tracking information may take some days to show off, please pay attention. We advise you try to send us an email to [email protected], our friendly customer service team will assist you promptly.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Customers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of receiving an order. You must provide a detailed description of any fault, damages on your parcel together with photographic evidence and contact us immediately via [email protected]. Once we have reviewed this information, a refund will be made based on the evidence provided by the customer.

NOTE: You must send back unwanted items at your own expense.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?

You only cancel or amend your order before it is shipped, normally within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us via [email protected]
